    Excellent - Have been to Coopers in LLano and Big Earls has them beat. They trimmed and discarded cuttings that other BBQ's would have served. Even though all 4 of my kids worked at Bill Millers in San Antonio, their stuff does not compare to Earls. It was a 45 minute ride on my motorcycle to get up there and it was worth it. The BBQ sauce needs to be wrapped more securely as the lid popped off while in my saddle bag. No big deal, and it smelled good for a week.

    Don't let the apearnce put you off. the building is a little run down, but the beef melts in your mouth.

    They serve the best pork ribs in
    Tx. People come from all over the state to eat here. They also have a booth at the Kerrville folk festival, Yahoo!!!
