    The best way i can describe this resturant, the particular one not the chain, is this: The resturant seems to be ran where they care more about making money and customer retention than they do about the actual product sold. Therefore if you are given a bad plate, all will be offered to correct it to continue to earn your money but nothing will be changed when you return. So expect the same plate of food or problems on any visit.

    Hicups and mishaps happen in this sort of business in terms of service, Its the way they're corrected, handled and avioded that matters. My review most importantly reflects the way this etablishment is ran, which i feel is the most important of all, and i have to say theirs definatly room to grow.

    Normally, we go to a Chili's for consistancy of food and taste. This
    Chili's consistantly serves bone-in buffalo wings that are raw in center. This is a definite health hazard, and we have pointed it out each of the 3 times we have tried the dish....to not eat it. The management or staff seems totally disinterested in assuring there are no repercussions by cooking them a tad longer.

    Friendly.: Everything was good except the chips which were so greasy there were puddles of oil on the chips. When we asked for a different basket the replacement chips were also dripping grease.
    This is a popular restaurant so be prepared to wait for a table.
