My experience at Danny's Resturant is from a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest and blunt 5. I think some of the food is okay, like the parriadas, but its purely grilled meat, it could be better if it was flame broiled like real mexican parriadas. I think the chef salad is the bomb except for the sandwich cheese, it needs real shredded cheese. I think they should have senior specials, a kids eat for free day, and more healthy menus. I think that Danny's could do better on the rice (too generic) and most definetly on the borracho beans. Come on were next to the border, wheres the sauson'? I think prices are outrageous, every year menu prices go up and what does Danny's Resturant do for the community? To our gateway city? Come on what has Laredo given to Danny Lopez(owner)? We gave him an opportunity to start from scratch in Juleps to being one of the most successful business owners in Laredo. I think its time he shows Laredo and God how grateful he is and give out to the community. Either lower menu prices or contribute to United Way, Shelters, Sisters of Mercy, Catholic Diocis, Parks and Recs, Scholarships, etc. I think most of the customers just go, cuz its one of the only 24hr. resturants thats dine-in and mexican. By the way, this is the same way I feel about La Roca(prices are sky rocketed) and I guess Galaxy Pool and Billiards is okay, except that the pizza needs a little more work. I also think employees are awesome!!

My experience at Danny's have been the best the food is great and the drinks are awsome... I tasted the Cubana and it was great...the parrilladas are the best here in Laredo (in my opinion) I tasted several from other restaurants and none like the one in Dannys. The only thing missing is Live Music mexican music that is not a Trio but like Mariachi...lily
