In New Braunfels Whataburger is the worst fast food place in new braunfels. Their staff is always extremely rude. They always take forever to get their food out. One time i waited 40 minutes for two pieces of toast.ten of that standing at the counter asking about my order becasue everyone before and three people after me had already recieved their food. Their workers tend to ignore or aviod u if they dont want to provide service or even an explenation which tends to make customers more angree. Only once have i had a decent experience. When i recieved my order after thirty minutes one time the manager came up and apologized even though we didnt complain and offered us a free meal. What ever happened to that guy? it must be a night shift thing to be rude.

Great Food, Great Service: Great experience and service at this place, we were a big group of 12 persons, our food came out very fast and WOW very tasty and hot!, the place was packed and they even delivered the food to us, Great customer service, the manager came around, not only to our table but all the other tables to check if everything was OK and to offer more ketchup and condiments, even he offer to refill our drinks, other employees did the same, very clean place, restrooms very well kept, we decided to come back to nights later, same Great service. If your taking a vacation in New Braunfel, TX, it is a place that you need to visit.
