User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThese are by far THE BEST burgers in san antonio. well in my opinion anyway. the burgers are DEE-LICIOUS! and you can prepare your burger just the way you want it, they have a salad/condiment bar where you can dress your burger to your liking.
the food is great. and the dining area has a great 50's feel to it.
dont forget to try the shakes! i used to work at the wax museum right down the street, and would always come down to fuddruckers for a burger. keep in mind that we only get one hour breaks, and i had enough time to order, get my meal and dine in, in less than an hour.-

worst service I have ever had: I took my daughter and a six year old that was with us to this resturant and the service was the worst I ever had in my life. We waited almost two hours for burgers. The waiter finally told us they didn't even have the ticket. I paid with a credit card. I am assuming the cashier that took the order cancelled it but it came off my credit card. The manager finally came over after almost two hours and apologized and we got our order shortly after and the order was wrong. The put peppers on my burger which I did not request and the the six year old's burger was raw, I requested another burger and after 30 minutes they came and asked if we had gotten a replacement burger. I was furious and said don't bother we are leaving. If you are in San Antonio there are a lot of other nicer places to eat then Fuddruckers. The burgers are good but not worth the hassle of waiting for two hours.

that was only one experiance and they happen... everytime i go there the service is pretty good. you shouldnt base your judgement on just this review. im not doubting that it happens im just saying it probably happens once in every never, i mean if you are waiting for a burger for more than 30 minutes, wouldnt you go ask? i dont think you should wait 2 hours and then complain. mistakes happen. they have these little coasters now, that shake when your order is ready. never taken more than 15 minutes to have your meal ready.
