I loved the care we got from this office. Our cat was really sick. We thought she had something lodged in her throat. We called our vet and another vet they were more interested in quitting time, than saving our cat. So was another vet that we called. So we took her to another vet that had the same story, Mind you it was only a little after 4pm the offices didn't close until 6. These people are there to take care of our pets, they are like our children. Well then there was the Country Hills Vet Clinic. They were glad to help us. They were so friendly, checked out our cat and now she is doing great. Yes it is a little expensive but our pets mean the world to us. We have 2 cats and 1 kitten that will always go to Dr.Paton. Thank God there is still someone that cares. Thank you Dr.Paton
I've been coming to Dr. Patin for 10 years. He has seen many of my pets, and has even answered many of my emergency calls no matter what time it was. His staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I have never felt that money was ever an issue, only the amazing care they've given each and every one.
I have been using them for the last 8 months and have never felt like they cared about anything much more than my money. I have had to question cost of my pets prescriptions and their care. One months supply of meds for my dog was $76.00. When I went to Ped Meds the same stuff was on $11.00...but he will not let you order from them. When I told them it would be a deal breaker for me (because I had already spent over $700 with them) and I would have to change vets...then they told me if I bought a 4 month supply it would be cheaper. Which is was...but I do not like to challenge every time...so it is time to move on.
