About:If you are in the mood for something different but a little familiar, Simi's is the place to go. The restaurant overcomes its strip-mall location with a truly elegant setting. A rich red carpet leads to cinnamon-colored booths and chairs around white-clad tables. Traditional Indian music plays softly in the background as waiters move quietly in and out of the kitchen. As with most restaurants that serve Indian cuisine, Simi's offers several selections prepared in an authentic tandoor oven. Try the Tandoori Shrimp or Tandoori Snapper. A lunch buffet lets you sample a few of the more popular dishes, and at night, you can choose from several combination dishes. The small bar pours a decent selection of beer and wine.
