| About: | As far as shopping malls go, this one is beautiful. Set right on the River Walk and attached to the Marriott River Center hotel, this mall is a dining, shopping and entertainment mecca. Although anchored by Foley's, Dillard's and an AMC movie theater, the mall offers scores of specialty shops and gift stores, as well as one of the largest parking garages downtown. Musical groups and dance troupes perform nightly during the summer months at the lagoon in the middle of the mall. Visitors can also board barges for tours of the River Walk from the lower level. |

CALL 225-0000 AND THE LADY THAT ANSWER THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE. I WAS LOOKING FOR A PRINTING SCREEN TEE SHIRT SHOP AND THE LADY SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW IF THE MALL HAD THIS SHOPPING STORE THERE. SHE KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD, AND ANSWERING THE OTHER CALLS. SHE SHOULD HAVE CALL ANOTHER STORE IN THE MALL TO ASK, IF SHE WAS ALONE. SHE COULD HAVE HELP ME IF SHE WANTED TO, BUT APPARENTLY SHE DIDN'T. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION ASSITANCE, IF THE PERSON IS NOT AWARE OF THE STORES IN MALL. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! -

nasty nasty nasty: Hope you don't need to go to the bathroom at Dillards in the Rivercenter Mall.
I have NEVER seen such a disgusting facility in my entire 40 plus years.
I shop at Dillards constantly and have never experienced a more filthy restroom. I am truly disappointed in Dillards. Sooooo don't use the Dillards restroom in the men's suit department. GAG!!!!! When you get within 10 feet of it you can smell the awful aroma. Someone---please clean up the bathroom!!!!!!!!!
