Don't go to this dealership to buy a car. The manager, Sergio, is rude, obnoxious, and needs to get take a few finance lessons before he starts peddling his high interest rate loans. I walked out on these idiots. Bought my car from Howdy Honda in Austin, where they actually accept intelligent customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!

rim: I was checking on a rim for daughters car to get replaced, however sad to find out that the store is not equiped to change that. Sounds quite odd that a store of this type would not have at least the equipement to change this out. I understand that this is not a tire store, but I wonder if part of the what ever point inspection has to be sent somewhere else to like a store at the forum here in converse. Well just for your info. good luck. Guess its a good thing we did not pruchase the car there. Wonder how they would win the business. Oh well thats another story.

Disgust with this dealership!!!!: I dropped my car off at Gilman Mitsubishi for warranty work and an oil change. The vehicle was returned to me WRECKED!!!! There is damage to the driver's side of the vehicle. The dealership gave me the run around. They claim they know nothing about the damage. They even accused me of bringing it to them in that condition. The service manager and the service consultants are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Please beware!!
