Company Information: This is the kind of barbecue you dream about. The County Line serves up a variety of tender meat, slow-cooked for 18 hours, that literally falls off of the bone and melts in your mouth. Located on the River Walk, this restaurant not only offers a spectacular view, but also affords downtown visitors an opportunity to enjoy the "state meal" without venturing far from their hotels. Not a beef eater? Don't despair; the barbecue chicken, turkey, pork and sausage are equally tasty. All entrees come served with generous portions of sides, including classic potato salad, beans and coleslaw. For dessert, be sure to try one of the fruit cobblers. A full bar is available, but real Texans drink ice cold beer with their barbecue.

County Line serves the best hamburger I've ever eaten. Hands down! Good friendly service.
Over priced & way over rated. Skip it & head out to nearby towns surrounding SA such as Lockhart, Lulling or Gonzalez Tx for the REAL deal.
Terrible BarBQue: Being from Texas and growing up eating BBQ, this was absolutely the poorest BBQ we have ever had, and way way overpriced. We ordered a slap of beef ribs $21.99 and a sampler plate $16.99 which consisted of beef ribs, baby back pork ribs, sausage, turkey, and brisket. Each came with two sides we had beans and potato salad. The ribs were the toughest tasteless pieces of S--- we've ever eaten. The sausage, brisket, and turkey was very mediocore at best. The beans and service however where very good. Dont waste your money eating here.
