Company Information: A short walk from the riverwalk Madhatters is the perfect place for a tete-a-tete over your favorite tea. There are more than 50 different green, black and herbal teas to choose from. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, while the clientele ranges from college students to old ladies. The menu presents hot and cold entrees including the Mediterranean Tea-Smoked Chicken Over Field Greens Salad and the Turkey, Avocado and Chilpotle Cream Cheese Sandwich. Beer and wine are also available.

    Great place for lunch. Order off the El Cheapo menu and it is very affordable and quite tasty. Wind down your First Friday with a bottle of wine and a delcious dessert.

    Overpriced for marginal food.
    Weak "so-called" service.
    I don't see the ambience of the place.
    I don't like this place much...

    Gotta agree with Andy. Overpriced, weak service, and unimpressive. Mainly depressing goths and pretentious snobs snooze here. A real let down. Go to Jim's instead. Better tea and more crazy people.

    This place is run by an arrogant, stupid man. This place is NOT a good value. Stupid service, stupid management and a total rip off.

    You're on the money Palm Springs. I met the owner one night at a First Friday event. He was mean, arrogant, and said he would tea bag anybody who crossed him. Yikes!

    Went with a group and everything we ordered was excellent. I tasted everyones =) lol. I read comments of over pricing - But its almost downtown in the artsy district + its a TEA ROOM, hello?

    If you like great sandwhiches, FISH BOWL sized Mimosa's, and a Alice in Wonderland themed with Austin's type laid back atmosphere. You gotta check this place out.

    Wish it was closer to my house.
