first of all sonic is the worst place to order food. i rember one time i went there. my family was hungry and my daughter was starving. well first of all we ordered 3 hambergers. then when this teenager brings my order she leaves out one berger and we also got the wrong order so we had to wait for 12 minutes to get are second order.well the stupid teenager brought back with a bad attuide. so my wife told her that we were going to call headquarters. so she asked for the number. well the teenager said that she had only worked there for 3 weeks so we never got to call. but i know one thing. i will never eat there again

My experience started off with the person taking my order cutting me off halfway through to tell me my total then ended the ordering process. I called back and completed my order with another order taker. When the food arived I was shorted a hamburger. I called back and informed them of their error they said they would bring it right out. While waiting I decided to eat a couple of my cold fries and my girlfriend ate a tator tot only to discover that they had all been fried in rancid oil. We talked to our carhop and she said her manager would re-make the order and it would take 2-3 min. About 10 minutes later we were brought a bag of food that had been fried in the exact same oil. When I complained I was told that the oil was not bad and the food was fine (my girlfriend who went to culinary school and has worked in many resturants dissagreed), I was told the oil was being changed right then( if the oil was ok...why change it right then?) ( I called the next day to talk to another manager and found out that that was a lie the oil was changed the next morning) and I was told that "It is fast food...What do you expect?" After explaining the whole ordeal to another manager, she responded "uhhhm ok" then said "I don't know what you want me to say."
