I am consistently happy with the service and quality I receive from this Rose cleaners location, and continue to go there even after moving out of the neighborhood because I know I will not be disappointed.

I decided to try out the cleaners because of an advertisement with a coupon. When I presented my coupon I was informed that I had to leave an item to be dry cleaned in order to use the coupon, so I took off the jacket I had on and left it. When I returned to pick up, I was told I should have left the coupon, and I explained that if did present it. The ticket was taken from my hand and thrown in the trash because she said it was no longer valid, then given back to me after I asked if they did not honor what was printed in paper. The expiration date was still valid until 1/31/08. She gave me an apology, but still charged me more than what was on the coupon. I figured maybe it was a misunderstanding and with me I had 10 more shirts with a dry cleaned garment that I needed and decided to give it another try. This time I made sure she kept the coupon. When I returned, I was charged even more than last time and my coupon was not honored again. I did not argue with the woman, but I will never return again.This is not a good way to get customers.
