About:This seasoned restaurant is popular with both tourists and natives. The festive interior and good food make it a hot spot just about anytime you go, but the lunch crowd is especially fierce so go before 11:30a or expect to wait an hour to get a table. Also, this is one of the few Tex-Mex restaurants in town that is open on Sundays. The food at Pico de Gallo is well made and served with generous portions. Try the crunchy chalupas with spicy beans and loads of toppings, or the carne guisada, which isn't served on a taco, but on a plate with rice and beans. The fajitas are good, and every meal is served with chips and tasty, but not too hot, salsa. The restaurant also hosts live music at times.

Been here to this restaurant but not by choice. One was for an employer's christmas party and another was because it was close by the University. Food was ok, i had the typical enchilada dinner but it seemed too overpriced. I could have had the same exact dinner for at least half the price and might have tasted better elsewhere. Not the worse i tasted but not one of the best. I probably wouldn't come here again.

We're going back in a few weeks and can't wait to eat breakfast here! Everytime we're in SA, we go to Pico de Gallo for breakfast. AWESOME coffee! (That's a big deal for parents of youngster!) Great big breakfast with great prices for that meal. We actually prefer it to Mi Tierra, but they're own by the same people from what we understand. Wish I had one where I live! :)

Hugely disappointing. As I looked over the otherwise boring menu I noticed that they had cabrito. This is one of my favorite dishes and one that is not found on many restaurant menus. The dish I was served came covered in ranchero sauce (this is obviously done to mask the poor quality of the meat) accompanied by a nice bowl of frijoles a la charra and very dry rice. My wifes enchiladas were not much better. Sadly this tourist trap came recommended so we tried it. NEVER AGAIN. If you are looking for cabrito try Mexican Manhattan - at least it was good the two times I've had it there.

Mexican Manhattan is horrible. You wouldn't know cabrito if it fell on your head. The only tourist trap is between your wife's legs.

Don't come back. We will not serve you. You were drunk and scared customers. Our cabrito is the best!
