They are notoriously known for not showing up with enough people or being late! Brittain, the owner, was booked one year in advance for my wedding and she sent someone else to do her job on the biggest day of my lfe! She always has an excuse for not showing up on early morning Saturday's. The same thing happened to my best friend. The only positive thing that came out of it was that the girl who did my make-up did a much better job than Brittain and I have to say that Brooke did an amazing job on my hair and she was super sweet. I would recommend Brooke for hair/make-up but don't hold your breath waiting for Brittain to show up on your wedding day because she won't!
