   It was huge and the the girls that worked there hot man just want to go back and be happy again and go see every thing again

   Nice Hotel. Loved the fact that it was right on the River Walk! The staff was very nice, very helpful. We slept like babies ;)

   Below expectations: The service was absolutely below my expectations. If this were a quarter of the price, I would have been happy, but I left feeling cheated. The management should be ashamed.
   
   All-in-all it was clean, but not perfect. My room had a strange, sticky substance on the window.
   
   The in-hotel rental car company was absolutely terrible. The car had not been cleaned or refueled since the last passengers, the car was full of human hair, crumbs, and dirt.
   
   On the plus side, it has a wonderful location, perhaps one of the best in all of San Antonio. Literally right on top of the riverwalk, the Alamo, downtown, and the Rivercenter shopping center.
   
   Overall, my experience was not what I would expect for the pricetag.
