Overall this was a nice hotel. Although the air conditioner did not keep our room cool we had to request fans. I called 2 days before arrival up to the hour before arrival to ensure a double bed room, we were reassured oh yes no problem, only to be told by the front desk clerk they do not offer that, HMMM all 3 people i talked to did. When you pay through priceline it seems you are at their mercy. We paid for valet and it was great, the gentlemen there were great. I never returned to the front desk, but anyone coming to our room was very polite. While at the pool we figured out our AC problems, the windows all the way around our floor were fogged over from being so cold so there was no air left, if everyone would have set it at 70 degrees it would have been fine. The pool was not huge but compared to other downtown hotels it was nice and there is a nice Top floor area to get together. Room service was outrageous and to use the phone for local calls was 50 cents which is obsurd, otherwise it was a great hotel close to the amenities. When you consider parking everyday then staying close is nice. The Ashley Morgan is beautiful as well, also downtown.

I STAY AT THIS HOTEL ON JULY 4TH WEEKEND AND IT WAS THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD I WOULD RATHER STAY AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ANY DAY.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AT THE FRONT DESK..ROOM SMELLED BAD,SMALL ROOMS,ELEVATOR ARE VERY SLOW.THE BEST THING WAS THE LOBBY AND THE VALET PARKING.

When I stayed with 2 of my friends for a weekend in SA we found this wonderful hotel. It was very clean and the room was large. The staff very friendly. The rates were reasonable.I would recommend this hotel to anyone that may be going to SA.
