I have always gone by one rule when trying a new Thai place, always try the Pad Thai first. If that doesn't taste right, then don't bother trying anything else. Well, Thai Dee blew me away. I grew up with a Thai friend, who's mother made the best dishes. I was immediately brought back to sitting at my friend's house, eating her mother's Pad Thai. I could not believe I actually found such a gem of a restaurant. I can't wait to return and try some more dishes.
Dee means Good in Thai.
I like the Panang Noodles and add a bowl of jasmine rice. My wife eats the Pad Thai almost every time.
Basil noodles, green curry and Khee Mao (sp) is also good. Try them all.
Enjoy while you can still get a table. There are more and more people each time we go.
Still, even with a growing clientele, the service is much faster than other places.

Knowing a thing or two about Thai food from a thai friend of mine who went to culinary school in Thailand, I didn't think I could find Thai food as delicious and authentic as I've had before. Most Thai restaurants I've visted (especially in San Antonio) have americanized their Thai cuisine. Thai Dee completely surpassed my expectations! And more than lives up to their name of Authentic Thai Cuisine. I felt like I was back in the kitchen of my Thai chef friend enjoying all the amazing flavors thai food has to offer. EXCELLENT!!!!
