User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went here and the service sucked ! ! I sat down and you had four waitreses sitting on their ass and eating. 15 minutes and NO service or menu to look at. If they are going to claim to be good they better live up to it. Otherwise come here if you want to be ignored.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsUnreal!!!! I've been eating here since the late eighties and nothing's chanched - except the price of a mexican dinner has doubled (best $8.00 you can spend on a BIG plate!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI started going to the Blanco Cafe 29 years ago. I always sat at the counter with the locals. Many times I had the pleasure of visiting with the owner, Alejandro and that in itself was super. But let me tell you about their famous cheese enhialadas and homeade tortillas. Worlds Best! One day I was playing golf at Pecan Valley with a friend of mine. I told Randy that I wanted to take him to the Blanco for lunch afterwards. He told me he did not have time, but I insisted. Randy started into those delicious cheese enchilads and was quiet for some moments, then he said, "Mike, you are wrong about a lot of things, but these are the best enchiladas I have ever eaten!" Just a couple blocks south of Hilldebran on Blanco...must for anyone who loves TEXMEX.
