This uniquely upscale live music venue and bar blends fun and relaxation together. If offers it guests an excellent selection of entertainment, which is what get the young 20s-30s something to drop by after work, or after university for some frolic or to chill out with friends. If you are looking to dance salsa, cumbia, merenge, bachata or reggaetone arjon's is the place to be. They play everything equally, so if you dont know how to dance salsa you can rest til' the next song. Arjon's atmosphere is more mature and respectful. I, a 24 y.o. had an awesome time. We're going back next week.
Jesse, did you get an answer? I noticed that Priscilla commented back in 2007, she may not reply. Just so you will know you will fit right in. She was one of the young ones but Arjon's has a following of about 10 years and prior to that they owned three exclusive restaurants in San Antonio known as Ruffino's, Arthur's and PJ's. So they have a following going way back from the 80's. I know, I used to work for them way back then. So you have the great mixture of the young and the wiser. I'm sure you'll find another Priscilla there since it sounds like your kind of place and what do you mean by old school Salsa from the island. Posted on 11/02/06beautiful women, great dancing, always the best music. Drinks reasonable, usually have tacos outside around 11pm.
