Rob and the others in the Collision Center worked on my Mustang Bullitt. I am very particular about who works on this car and I have to say the paint work was first rate and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Body Shop & Customer Service (Jim Thompson): I had my Ford Taurus work on in the body shop and they did not do a good job on the front end and the rear end of the car. The paint job was very poor. I have told my auto ins company about it and they told me that Northside Ford should do it all over again even though I have already paid my insurance claim on it.

Secondly I have tried to talk to Jim Thompson about it and his customer services skills toward the customers are very very very very very poor.

I see why Red McCombs Enterprise Inc is a losing organization (just like the Minnesota Vikings). tooo bad.
