I have never eaten at this establishment and I never will. My first impression of them has been horrifying to the point of repulsion. My first encounter with their definition of service was at a local hotel I stayed at for a family function. They delivered an order to one of the other guests one evening. I was appalled to discover one of their employees not only stole a sum of money while the front desk attendant was distracted but, in addition, the money taken was a collection for charity.
From what I heard, the entire incident was caught on tape. I was staying at the hotel when the authorities were called to take a report on the incident. I am surprised that nothing has been done by the management at Luigi's to resolve this blight upon their reputation. Any place that would hire thieves for employees and send them out to their customers will not be getting my business. Everyone knows that impressions are very important and the integrity of the staff is just as important as the quality of the food.
I didn't think it would be that good: I liked all of the other servers, except for the one we had the first time. The little blonde one named Tiffany. She talked way too much. She flirted with my boyfriend, and made an innappropiate comment about my shirt. If it were my choice, I'd have her fired. The server we had the second time was Charlie. He was quick and very nice.
