I got hired there a few weeks ago and I only stayed for two days because, my first day, they didn't even have somone to train me. I stood around for 2 hours watching everyone, trying to figure out what to do. I asked questions and the servers were rude to me and wouldn't help. Finally, I got to take a table and all the servers were mad that I had a table. They didn't show me around, I had to find everything myself. They wouldn't even show me how to use the computer to ring up orders, I had to figure that out on my own as well. They didn't train me, yet they didn't hesitate to tell me when I did something wrong. Also, after a few hours, when I had figured out how to wait on the customers, they wouldn't let me have tables. They told me I wasn't allowed to seat my own section, but everyone else kept seating their own sections, so I wasn't able to get a table. All I could do was stand around or roll silverwear for 2.13 an hour until my shift was over. I felt very awkward and embarassed the whole time. it was the same on my second day. Then when I showed up for work my 3rd day, a manager whom I'd never met before came up to me and rudely told me I had to put my hair up, but my hair is too short to put up. She said if I couldn't get it pulled back, I could leave. I looked around and saw 2 other servers with short hair, with their hair down. I was so pissed that I just walked out and left. Then when I went back a couple weeks later to get my paycheck, the same bitchy manager told me I had to give my apron back, but the apron cost me $15 and they took it out of my paycheck. They are all a bunch of ghetto ass bitches in that place. Not to mention, they have a roach infestation. I saw 2 roaches in the first day, and one of them came crawling out from between the syrups on the table. Do not eat there!! They are nasty and rude.

this resturant is terrible on its customer service. you walk in an dthey sit you down, you wait about 5-10 min. to give your drink order, and then they decide to take your food order adn when they do you have to wait another 30-45 min. for your meal. when you ask them for any additional items it takes about another 15-30 min. for you to recieve it. then they claim that certain foods thye are out of and they dont bother telling you until they bring it out to you and then when you tell them that you dont want it they still place an order for it. and by then you are so fed up that you just want to leave and complain to the manager and then the manager still doesn't do anything about it.

The service was horrible!!!!!: We were seated within five minutes..had a party of eleven (including two small children). The kids were hungry after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. I had to get up several times and ask for refills of water, coffee, soda water. After an hour I asked the waitress what happened to our order..she said..she thinks she saw it coming. Meanwhile the kids were hungry and crying. I asked her again fifteen minutes later and she said, "I don't know what happened to your order, we are behind."

Meanwhile, there were several empty tables..but the hostess was not seating anybody..so this couple just walked in and sat down..which resulted in a huge argument with a waitress.

People started walking out..because they were tired of waiting over an hour and a half. So, we ended up walking out too..We walked to McDonalds and had our food in less than five minutes.

I won't go back to IHOP that's for sure.
