   I have had nothing but problems since I took out a second item that I will pay off and never purchase from them again.I am a disabled female who is on a fixed income and get payed only every 3rd of the month from the government.I have repeatately have had to let them know this and that I will be in on the 3rd to pay but yet still receive a call from them every 1st.I feel like a little child who has to be reminded.They claim there is a note on my account despite this??
   When I had the second item delivered which was a 42" flat screen T.V.,I specifically asked them to deliver it in the box so that way I would ensure I received everything,but yet the T.V. was not and on top of that it was delivered with no manual,and no remote.The most upseting part is that the delivery drivers were instucted to purchase a universal remote by the Manager of the store from Big Lots on a $2000.00 T.V.I had to use my gas to drive accross town to pick it up from the store myself because I couldn't use the T.V. until I had them.A $7.00 remote on a $2000.00 T.V.,idiots!

   I have had nothing but problems at this store as soon as i finish paying what i have there i will never go there again and my friends will not buy from this store again.
