omg! where do i start? first off our waiter didnt write down our order so when he brought us our food it was wrong! i didnt complain tho n i ate what was brought to me cuz i have seen that movie Waiting lol. then he smirkishly told me "i bet u thought i was gonna get ur order wrong right." when i told him he did but ill still eat what he brought he never came back to check on us. our drinks were already more than halfway gone when he brought our food cuz they took so long wit our order n he didnt even ask if we needed a refill. my son got the all u can eat pancakes n the waiter never came to see if my son wanted more. so! our order took long n it was wrong n we were eating pancakes with nothing to drink plus they never came to see if we needed anything else. we did complain tho when we paid cuz our waiter never even came to give us our check so when we went up to the front we had to wait even longer so they could get our ticket from the waiter. the gm did take 20% off our ticket n he was very apologetic; although, our waiter didnt bother to come to the front n apologize himself .

I have dined at this restaurant a couple of times recently and both times I have been severely disappointed with the waitstaff and the quality of the food. Yes we were seated promptly but it took forever to get our food and when we did some of the food on the plate was warm while something else was cold. Our waitress never came to our table to see if we needed refills only asking when she was delivering a food item that we had ordered. We had to ask for the warm syrup that they boast about in the menu. Plainly the service in this restaurant SUCKS! The next time I feel like eating breakfast all day I think I will be going to Denny's down the street.
