    Red Lobster-79 year old Birthday: On Friday Apr 21 at approx. 4:30 pm, my family decided to go to Red Lobster. We were laughing and having a great time on the way. We entered the waiting area and were told it would take approx. 10 minutes to be seated. No problem, but after 12 min. of enjoying watching the live lobsters in the tank, my young impatient daughter casually mentioned what's taking so long, the hostess at the podium (short haired blonde-tall) heard her comment and gave us the most contemptible look. I let it pass because as adults we expected a much longer wait . However within the next few moments, before we were seated, she treated our party as if we were a burden. I was shocked. Here we are, at a respectable restaurant, and the one person who is suppose to represent, greet and make the customer feel like they are welcomed, made us feel worthless. My mother who is 79 was looking forward to a relaxing evening, but it's sad how one person can make or break an evening. However, I would like to highly compliment our excellent waiter and the fine food that turned our evening into something that may be memorable.
