If you're looking for a cake your friends and family will rave about- go to Sweet Secrets.
I work in the medical center and have tasted cakes from many shops (we typically have 3 cakes a month). Sweet Secrets is, in my humble opinion, the best in San Antonio. Sweet service, sweet prices, and sweet delicious cakes.
