User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI HAD WRECKED MY HARLEY AND THE DEALER SAID IT WAS TOTALED I DIDNT AGREE WITH THEM SO I CALLED TRINI TO GO OVER AND PICK IT UP. HE WAS ABLE TO WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND SAVE MY BIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR THE SHOP BEING AS SMALL AS IT IS THE GUYS HE HAS DOWN THERE ARE ALL HARLEY CERTIFIED, AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEGABLE HE WAS EVEN ABLE TO UPGRADE SOME OF THE PARTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST AND SINCE I WAS OUT OF WORK DUE TO THE ACCIDENT HE EVEN HELPED ME OUT AND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT THAT SAVED ME MY DEDUCTABLE. CATS CUSTOM CYCLES IS A FAMILY ORIENTED SHOP VERY SMALL BUT VERY SENCERE ABOUT THERE WORK AND CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE IN A BIND GO DOWN AND SEE THESE GUY
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGo see Trini at Cats and he'll take care of you. These guys do it all, from an oil change to a complete custom build. They have airbrush artists that really rock. I brought my bike in for some custom work in Feb 2009 and saved myself $$$.
