   Prine Homes: We have lived in our home for over three years now and have not make a single call for any warranty problems. They had made the experience enjoyable throughout the process of building our new home. If we were too build, again they would be our choice of builder. You cannot say enough good things about them.

   Great builder!: Prine Homes was able to build within our budget. They were always available whenever we had questions and that was very important to us. We are a 100% satisfied with their detail to quality and service.

   First Class Builder.: Lance was so easy to work with and he is truly a first class builder. We love our home and we have Prine Homes to thank.
