   good price and location: nice lady in clubhouse , very helpful
   nice big sites and lots of trees
   good price in comparison to KOA
   close to downtown area
   close to all highways

   This place is a dump: First off when you talk to Barbera make sure you ask what ALL the prices are. She gave us one price then when we got there she told us it is 30.00 / month more for a 50 amp trailer. Second I called a couple times to see if I got mail after I had left, none had came. THen when I called a couple weeks later she said I did have mail but she sent it back. She said she did not have our number. WRONG. Gave it to her when we registered.
   This place is a dump for what they charge. And they have the gull to ask me to clean up my patio. They need to clean up the park first and rake up leaves. I suggest going to the campground next store. Better kept. There are planty of campgrounds for 200.00 a month that are better managed and kept up.

   great place: a great place to stay much cheaper and as nice as Koa down the road
