   Severely underrated. My husband and I found this almost by accident, and we now make a point to go there at least once a week. Excellent service and a quite environment, we love how personable the staff is. There is so much on the menu I have yes to try, but the Asiago chicken and the steak platters are incredible. While most of the food is anything but healthy (smothered in cheese or grease) they have some tasty salads too. Also, they offer quite a large selection of mixed drinks and the cherry limeade is refreshing and delightful. The only flaw is that the portion sizes are so huge, I've yet had room to try the desserts!

   its OK: The food is OK, the service is OK. nothing really special. The tables though always feel like they have grease on them.

   The server must have had a bad day.: Well this was one of the few times I have ever been disgusted with a restaurants customer service. As I informed the manager, my disappointment was not with the restaurant as a whole. My disappointment was with my server. Let me start from the time I walked into the restaurant. When I entered there was no hostess present. I waited a couple of minutes and was finally greeted and seated by the manager. Once I was seated I waited a few more minutes, then the server showed up. I gave the server my drink order. The server returns with our drinks. The server took our order, which I was very specific about (I like my steak cooked in a particular manner). We get our order about 10-15 minutes later. The kids meals are fine. My steak shows up and it is sizzling, this would be a good thing right? No. The plate was sizzling so bad I was actually hit in the eye with some hot grease. I didn't complain. I cut my steak, and there is still red in the middle. I had requested my steak to be charred and well done, not medium-well. By this time I was upset and tired. My drink was empty, the server had passed by my table at least twice since I finished my drink and it was never refilled (even when i was getting ready to pay, it still was not refilled). I sent the steak back and asked to have it boxed so I can leave. The manager that seated me recooked the steak, boxed it, and then came out and gave it to me. I explained my dissatisfication with the service. I find out the next day that one of my friends has had the same issue there with this one particular server. However, the previous times that I have eaten there, the service has been as outstanding as the food.
