I do not like the form that the baggers bag your groceries. Too many times I have found the baggers stuffing too many items in one bag, by the time you get home the bag tears and you have food falling out. One big pet peeve of mine is that the baggers bag produce with meat. The meat tends to leak which can cause cross contamination. I have told several baggers about this. They just look at you like your not even there. I then start to put meat by itself and they just leave without even saying I'm sorry or anything.

This store had a great variety of non-alcoholic beer for those who choose the alternative. In recent months, with the display change, the import non-alcoholic beers have been taken off the shelves. St.Pauli Girl remains the sole premium in the cooler, and it's hit and miss. It's gotten to the point of having to call to find out if any are in stock. Having shopped here for over 15 years, I find it difficult to shop here without a bit of resentment. I could go to SunHarvest or other competitors, but it would be an inconvenience, as well as I like shopping at HEB. I find that I go to other HEB's further away to accommodate my needs. Have made many requests, but they fall on deaf ears. I understand economics of supply and demand, but find it hard to believe in our area that we can't compete with the other HEB's or Premium supermarkets.
