User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT waste your time getting your oil change here. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a regular oil change today and 3 hours on the previous maintenance I did with this dealership and that is with an appointment scheduled. Since I am in the military, I have taken my car to many different dealerships and it only took them 1/2 hr to 45 mins to get the job done. This place is completely not keeping up with their promises. I recommend not to take your vehicle here for any kind of service.

Please people...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If you value your time, avoid Fernandez Honda. I visited the dealership to utilize the Cash for Clunkers Program and let staff know of this up front. After HOURS of negotiation (this DEALERSHIP refuses wholeheartedly to budge from the MSRP), it wasn't until the very end of this horrific negotiation ordeal that I was informed my vehicle MAY not qualify because the renewal of my registration sticker was 3 days late and therefore the rebate couldn't be applied. The management consisting of David Boswell (Sales Manager) and Adam Clairborn (General Manager) must be incompetent if they truly do not know the details of the wildly popular Govt. program. Buyers, beware of this dealership. I personally will NEVER visit again. I'm normally not negative, but this place really brings out the worst in people. Take care.

They showed my husband a car and i had not seen it yet. it was this tiny 2002 civic, when i saw the car i was soo p/o i took the car bk and told them i didnt want it. i still have the car i'll never get rid of the car. i love it it has been good to me till this day i recommend this honda dealer. they are awesome tomorrow im going to get it inspected. A+

I personally think it was your fault that you did not register your car in time if you were better on managing your time you could of done that at any heb in san antonio that only cost like 75$ now it cost you 3500-4500$$$
