Movies: I VOTE THIS PLACE FIVE STARS CAUSE THE THEATERS CHAIR NECK RESTS ARE FILTHY DIRTY AND THE FLOORS ARE FILTHY WITH MOLD AND FOOD STAINS THAT ARE SEMENTED ON:D NOW THE BIG ONE! AT LEAST 7 CHAIRS I WENT TO SIT ON HAD CHIT STAINS ON THEM FROM KIDS/SENIOR CITIZENS CHITTING ON THEM:D....HEY I ONCE SAT IN A CHAIR NEXT TO ME THAT HAD FRESH VOMIT PASTED ONTO THE SEAT:D.... JUST STAY TILL THEY CLEAN UP THAT WAY THEY HAVE TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS IN THE THEATER..EVER WONDER WHY THEY ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOU TO LEAVE TO TURN ON THE LIGHTS? HAVE FUN AT THIS CHEAP ASS UNKEPT GHETTO ASS PLACE:)...

This movie theater is EXCELLENT, other then the fact that they COULD keep it a little bit cleaner. ALL of the staff I encountered were nice and friendly, I'm sure they don't get paid that much to be overly nice to people they are just trying to do their jobs!
I have went and there been tech. difficulties w/ the films, and the problem usually gets solved... However, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Where else can you go on a weekday (BEFORE 5) and pay 50 CENTS to see a movie? NO WHERE. I took my kids to see ICE AGE 3 and the LOVED IT. They love sitting in the front row, and the theater isn't packed if you go to daytime shows (before 6 or 7 PM). I typically take the kids every other month versus going to the "new movies" and paying 9 BUCKS a person!!! When you have two kids it can get pricey, so we stick to the dollar movie theater, or renting. It's something to do, a way to get out of the house. It might not be the best theater in this city...well okay it isn't the best theater BUT it is the cheapest and only dollar theater on this side of town... or in this city as far as I know, so we enjoy having the dollar option versus paying 9 bucks to see a movie. So WE LOVE THE DOLLAR MOVIES :-) I give them 5 stars for trying and being affordable LOL!! Just bring hand sanitizer, and don't set your purse down on the floor...and it's all good. um.. the address isn't correct, it's near Evers and Bandera... and it's NW LOOP 410 just to let people know...

Myself and 2 friends were robbed at GUNPOINT in the parking lot on a weeknight recently. No security guards-no video cameras-This place needs to ramp up security-they just lost a lot of business from us because of this experience. I will NEVER go back.
