Red Fox Cleaners

This Red Fox is the only place we take our clothes to. They have always done a great job. We have had dry cleaning services, alterations, stain removal, nd pressing and starching done with them. We've always been satisfied with their work, and their prices are very good. Sometimes the employees there are a little rushed and can come off rude, but that's rare. All-in-all, a great place.

I took my cleaning (white button down collared shirts) to Fiesta/Red Fox cleaners 3 times over the past two weeks. Each time their cleaning/pressing of my shirts was terrible. For instance, 4 shirts' sleeve buttons were crushed, two collars were burnt/browned, and one shirt was torn by Fiesta cleaners and patched by Red Fox cleaners without my being advised. This can be proven because I can assure you they would not have patched my shirt at no charge, yet they did.

Upon the first pickup of my cleaning I advised Fiesta of their shoddy service and they were not helpful. However, I looked past this first lack of help as being a one-time only thing and assumed it would not happen again. Upon the second pickup of cleaning and request to have shirts reworked/repaired my wife was advised it was not their fault but they would clean one shirt at no charge. However, today after finding the patched hole I immediately called Fiesta cleaners at 210-678-9050 and Fiesta/Red Fox told me I would never be satisfied and should take my business elsewhere and she promptly hung up on me. It is apparent Fiesta cleaners/Red Fox cleaners are not customer-oriented nor in business to provide a quality product/experience.
