   I am a first time customer to Alamo Flower Shop and I rate their service and product "Excellent". The flower arrangement made for me was absolutely beautiful. My florist recently retired and I have searched for a new one and I believe, I have found one!

   VERY POOR Customer Service!! When speaking with them on the phone in regards to their services the OWNER hung up the phone in my face in mid-conversation. With each inquiry they have been rude & very condescending. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and in case you do use their services, I pray that you are treated with much more respect than I was.
