Beware - these incompetent sales managers like to do Spot Delivery scams. I looked into buying a used 2007 Suburban and they took my 2006 Sienna in on trade. I was not planning to even drive the Burb home. They scraped off and ripped my registration sticker, tossed my plates in a box and sent us home in the Suburban. We never heard back the next day and I called them. Turns out the lenders wanted us to come up with $6000 down. We declined this and I drove the Burb back to Gunn to get my Sienna back. The Sienna had been moved to an offsite lot and they couldn't access it until the following day. The sales manager who approved the Spot Delivery abruptly left, leaving the salesman holding the bag. I sat there for over an hour waiting for a manager to come talk to me. Seems that no one there wants to take responsibility for my lost time, money spent on gas (Burb was totally empty), ripped registration sticker, and missing Sienna.

Stay away from this place!

Aftre having to go through horrible and unacceptable treatment at Benson Honda service department, your service department was like a heaven for me. My service team was Cameron and Phillip and they were both awesome! The entrance was nice and wide and a greeting person came up to me right away to direct me to the right service person. My problem with ignition switch was assessed right away and all I have to do was to wait for the Enterprise to come pick me up. So my son and I used your waiting room facility, very nice. Computer/internet access, games for kids, and refreshments and condiments were nice as well. When I came to pick up my Pilot, the service department was already closed but everything had been arranged so all I had to do was to leave the rental with them, picked up my key at the front desk, and take off. I will come back for the oil change, too, coz you have fast oil change (just like those Jiffy and other quick oil change business setting) and there is no hour or more wait like Benson Honda. When I am ready to buy my next Honda, I will be coming back here for sure. Thanks a milliion.

After calling a few local Honda Dealers, i contacted Gunn Honda and the salesperson explained how they were the biggest dealer in texas with an easy simple buying process. When i arrived, their one simple price was about the same as the other dealers i talked to, but all the salesperson wanted to talk about was their one simple price and not the car. Anyone can give a price but i wanted to learn about the car as this would be my first Honda purchase. The salesperson was more interested in getting me inside and looking at my credit than showing me all the features of the car i wanted to buy. After we got inside they appraised my trade-in and the figure was a joke. The offer was 1500-2000 less than other Honda dealers had quoted me. If all you are selling is your price you better have the best deal. I ended up leaving and going to Fernandez Honda where i got a better deal and more importantly a salesperson who thoroughly explained all the features of my new honda. It was a pleasure and i will definitely recommend fernandez to friends who are interested in a car. Definitely buy a Honda, just not from Gunn!!
