Be prepared to wait forever. We would be left alone for 20 minutes at a time. Honestly, does it take 30 minutes to find a set of car keys in a drawer? Our sales guy moved slower than the post office. When it came time to discuss terms, they asked for a LOT of money down and put a lot of pressure on us. Plus, the sticker prices seemed over inflated. We finally got a good deal but only because we used our connections to reach someone higher up and they hooked us up. Otherwise, I think we would've taken a bath on the deal.
Immoral and unethical behavior occuring at Ingram Park Mazda, especially on the part of Victor Blades. My mother went there to purchase a new Mazda 3, and traded in her 2001 PT Cruiser. The man stated verbally and wrote on a piece of paper that she'll get $2500 for her PT Cruiser.
Then afterwards, she showed us the paperwork, and they did pay off the balance of the PT Cruiser to her credit union, yet then they add this amount to the section where it indicates fees paid to others.
In essence, they took her PT Cruiser, and gave her $0 value for her trade in, and she is paying her own balance from the credit union in her car payment.
We've begun filing a report with the Consumer Credit Commissioner, and will post more later s it develops.
For the meantime, Victor Blades, and Ingram Park Mazda, will take advantage of your elderly (my mother is 73 years old), and I strongly recommend not allowing them to go to this dealership alone.
The good thing is, everything is documented, so Victor Blades has signed his own evidence against him.
Be careful folks.
My experience with Mazda was excellent and Mr. Mike Gutierrez was very courteous and helpful from the time that I called the parts Dept. until I went to pick up the part Coolant Reservoir for my Mazda 626. They were very professional and very understanding when I was having trouble with payment and they put the part to the side until I returned with proper payment. Thank you Mazda.
