After going in and trying to close my account, having withdrawn all my money, they came back in the next month and made a payment on an account from cuna, knowing there was no money and no account, then told me I needed to make the payment good along with the service fee they added to the payment. Don't trust this credit union.
What Jerks! They are rude and slow and only care about getting their fees!!! I've heard that they got a letter from their regulator that required them to improve their financials or they would be in big trouble (like all the banks)! They have very high turnover of staff. Plus it seems the CEO has forced out or fired 6 executives in the last year alone!!!!(two of which are CFO's) You have got to ask yourself what is going on there? Why is there such a high level of turn over, especially two CFO's in one year? Why would two CPA, CFO's both leave within the same year, what do they know that we don't? It just doesn't smell right! The CEO is also trying to get rid of the annual member meeting and dinner! It is probably to limit his exposure to the members. Talk to the staff, they will tell you that there is something going on there. They won't say much, because they are afraid of losing their jobs they said, but even they recommend Randolph Brooks!! Firstmark Credit Union really sucks! I won't trust my money there! I'd take my business elsewhere!
I love this bank, it's great! And I LOVE the online banking, it's so easy to understand! They're always helpful and nice when I'm there too!
