    Surprisingly good: I thought it would not be good because it is a chain, but everything was delicious. Just don't order steak - obviously it's not their specialty.

    Generally good but...: One problem is that if you order the house wine, you get it in a beer style mug. You have to order premium wine to get a wine glass. What are they trying to prove? This is not a smart decision since it implies that anyone who orders their house wine is on a lower (implied trash) scale of customer.
