All i can saw is run. Worst service ever and nothing but lies.
Keep your paper work especially if you buy an extended warrenty.
They told me i could get me car serviced and any of their dealerships but that was not the case. I live out of town about 1 hour away. I purchased an extended warrenty and the transmission started acting up and they tried to make me pay out of pocket cause their computer said there was not an extended warrenty purchased. They were very rude about it in their service department. Luckily i keep all my paperwork!! I will never buy another jeep again because of them.

The service department here will try to rip you off any chance they get!! I took my vehicle in, was charged $95.00 for diagnostic testing because check engine light on. Was told all I needed was basically a major tune up, which would not be covered by warranty, of course. Declined the work because my husband could do all that himself. We picked up the car, had tune up done, air filter, new spark plugs, bought BG fuel cleaning kit, etc, etc. Car engine light came on again and vehicle still doing same thing. Took car back and basically had to fight w/ the service advisor who then stated that our crank sensor was bad, they fixed it at their cost, called me to tell me my car was ready. Went to pick it up and still doing same thing. Then they tell me that they had another diagnosis code stating I had a camshaft positioning sensor code. Why did they not fine all these "codes" on the initial diagnostic test?????????? Hmmmmmmmmmmm....way to make more money????? Finally, 2 days later & $242.00 later, my vehicle is still doing the same thing and they want me to take it back.....they must be kidding. I will never go back there again!!!!!

WOW! I wouldn't go back to these guys if you paid me. Watch your numbers. These guys think they are slick and will try to rip you off. Their definition of a certain amount "out the door" means "we will try to add another $2000 on to the price without you noticing." Also, they tried to slip in a Hail Damage "hold harmless" agreement by telling me it said they would take care of any damage I found. It said the complete opposite, it said they were NOT liable for any damage found. BUYER BEWARE. READ EVERYTHING. THESE GUYS WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
