   I brought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to IPAC to have the A/C repaired. I was charged nearly $250 to have a $21 part replaced. When I was pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed that one of my air vents was broken. I returned to IPAC and showed the service rep. Dan the damage to my vehicle. He said sorry and just bring back in some other day.
   Now I must return back to IPAC and leave my vehicle there again to let them repair the damage to my Jeep.
   This is poor service from a "5-star dealer". Should be a -1 star dealer.
   Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to be ripped off and have your vehicle damaged like mine.

   DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! please learn from our mistake. they carged 2 thousand dollars more for the jeep we bought than what it was advertized for on car soup and they tried to give me nothing for my honda (2004 in great condition). they also lied about the gas mileage of the jeep, they said it get more than what it really does. if you want to buy something from here my advise would be to find what you like and go home to do research before you buy. get copies of what they quote you for yor trade in and what they will sell the jeep for (OR whatever your buying)

   The service department has questionable, at best, practices. I bought a new vehicle from this place and under 2 years the brakes were shot. I paid an enormous amount to have them repaired. Within 4 months, my brakes were gone again. They claimed to have replaced the rotors, pads, etc. the first time. I was told they couldn't resurface them because, "they don't make cars like they used to!" Wow!! I had an estimate on repairs and it was over $1K for brakes, to include replacing the same rotors again (because city stop and go driving heats up the rotors and warps them) within 4 months. I personally don't believe they ever changed them. Unbelievable! If this is the product Chrysler is producing, I'll not buy another and will certainly let everyone know what to expect. Customer service is horrible. If you want to have work done, go elsewhere. They don't even back up their own maintenance practices. You will be charged for EVERYTHING and then some. Watch the labor hours and how long they actually work on your vehicle. You can have your car back in 2 hours but charged for 6-8 for labor. Amazing. "Well, that's the average." Hopefully, you will never have the IPAC experience.

   Sir, please don't let this shaddy dealer turn you off on Chrysler. They make some of the best cars. IPAC has always been questionable.
