User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love Cavender Toyota! I have purchased three vehicles there over the last 9 years and am about to buy another one with them. We have driven over a thousand miles back there since we moved just to buy again. They are always honest with us and find us the best deals.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starshave never had trouble getting repairs but the guys who write up the work order are idiots! have called to complain but their boss is a duplicate - total idiot- gotta wonder who is in charge? does this owner get it - beware you toyota owners AND DONT LET YUR CAR STAY OVERNITE!!!

I have not seen such a disorganized place in my life. To replace my middle seat seat belt in my Toyota Sienna, I had to go there 3 times and still it has not been replaced. First, they spen 5 hours to "verify" that the seat belt was defective, which was in the recall letter that they alreayd knew. Then next time another 5 hours to dissassembly the seat and they "discovered" that theseat belt they got was not the right one for my car... Third time, I dropped off on Dec 26, whihc was a "scheduled" visit and then i was told 2.5 hours later that the company who works for them "apparently" was closed for the holidays... So I asked for a shuttle pick up... Then 45 minutes later, they told me that they will be actually have it done by another company... Very disorganized!!! I am very dissappointed with Cavender Toyota!!!
