I have to say that the veterinarian and technicians have been very helpful each time I have taken my dog. It is actually a great feeling knowing that they care for my dog just as much as I do. They are all wonderful.

The vets are great but their staff is horrible. They tell you the worng information, try to over charge you, almost gave my dog the wrong meds on a number of occasions, it is not on purpose but they make tons of mistakes that can cause your dogs life. I have changed vets.

We take our reviews very seriously. Unfortunately, this person didn't bother to contact us directly to go over his/her concerns. Mistakes do happen in all aspects of life but don't believe for one minute that multiple mistakes with medications were made especially life threatening ones. We would love to talk directly with you to go over your concerns.
