Dairy Queen

You DO NOT want to visit this Dairy Queen. I usually give a place three chances before I deem it unworthy of my patronage. The drive through wait time is horrible. On one of my three visits, I waited a whopping 25 minutes. The Blizzards are always melted and the employees have an "I don't care" attitude. I would recommend to the owners of this Dairy Queen to hire new employees to replace the current ones and train them in customer service.

This business has the worst customer service ever. We liked our first visit and were going to be regular customers, but during our second visit, we got a bad reception. My husband and I ordered one meal and two separate entrees. We only got the one drink for the meal since we have two toddlers who do not drink a lot and the meal came with a big tumbler cup. When our order came, Anette, our server and probably one of the managers judging from her uniform informed us, where everybody can hear, that we can't get refills since we only got one drink for our table. While this rule is understandable, the better approach to customers would be to inform us of this rule while we are ordering at the register so we could decide whether we want to order an extra drink or not, instead of causing us embarrassment. For this reason, we have vetoed DQ and will not recommend this store to anyone we know. The management needs to teach their staff how to approach customers better.
