   On Wednesday, Jan 9, 2008, at approximately 12:10 PM, my husband, his 2 sisters ,mother and I went to eat. We ordered our various drinks and MENU items. My mother-in-law got her drink about 35 minutes after we did, after I raised a commotion with the waitress and the "so called manager". Since we had not recieved our 'MENU' food also, I had to ask if we would get served or if we should stand up and yell in front of the rest of the patrons of the restaurant. The excuse was that they were busy.
   We agree that 12 noon is a busy time to come to a restaurant to eat, and normally restaurants will and can accomodate the large lunch hour crowd. However, the time spent (although it was nice to visit our relatives) was excessive. Time in and out was 1 hour and 50 minutes. I doubt if we will be back.
   The "so called" manager could have cared less. The waitress was apologic, unfortunately, she did not get a tip.
   If there was a way to rate this a minus *, it would definitely get a minus 5*. We have been there several times before, but never again.
