    this is THE BEST vietnamese restaurant in cc. trust me, i'm vietnamese! i know how EXCELLENT vietnamese food should taste like.
    this restaurant serves delicious food. the ambiance is quite nice and exotic. and yes, it is not cheap for asian food. this aint no chinese take out, y'all!

    The ambiance is perfect. The food is very fresh and presented in the most artful manner. It is obvious that the waiters are coached to in the art of respect. The wine list is well planned. The consistency of their service and the uniqueness of each food is a pleasure with each visit.

    Beware the unscrupulous ownership and waitstaff at this restaurant; on a recent visit, we left a good tip (approximately 20 percent); when I received my credit card statement, I discovered the tip had been increased to 30 percent by the waiter and/or owners. They were completely uncooperative on providing a refund; fortunately, my credit card company credited me with the amount they attempted to steal, after I provided them my copy of the receipt. Go to Dat's, instead, for Vietnamese when in Corpus Christi ...
