User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you are tired of the overcrowded, loud tourist restaurants, then Marcelâs is the place to go. It is a great German seafood restaurant, with a great assortment of German food, seafood, wine, American and German beer. Each table has white linen clothes with a candle with soothing background music. The waiter staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We brought children with us and did not know that this place did not cater to children but the waiter came up with some children dishes and they were excellent. The food was tasted great and the presentation was excellent. Their deserts will melt in your mouth! They have unique daily specials that offer a wide variety of different types of food. The average price was $15. If you are looking for a quite restaurant with a calming and romantic atmosphere, I would diffidently recommend Marcelâs.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOUTSTANDING: I had the pleasure of dining at Marcelâs over this past weekend. I was looking for a nice, elegant place to have a small dinner party after a wedding on the beach. Marcelâs exceeded my expectations by far!! The ambiance was beautiful, the staff was excellent and the food was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend the New York strip, the fried shrimp or fish, or the chicken cordon blue. Everyone at my dinner party (25 people) loved the food and will all be returning when visiting Port Aransas.

Oh Mein Gott: Marcels was *@*@#&! Fantastic. I loved the place. Forget the fact that I paid $91.45 for a dinner for two, On a navy E3 salary. It was worth it. The wine selection and the filet was orgasmic. 5 Stars *****
