   Well, actually, missy's isn't very credible. you have to pay for the classes, you don't really get paid until much later, missy's hardly gets work except for a big gig every once in a while, and the models are very unrealistic. i'm talking short guys and girls who are nowhere near thin enough. i went and i was the tallest and thinest. but somehow, the shorter, pudgier model got all the work. and somehow, by "coincidence" him/her parents seem to have lots of money and influence in mcallen. it's not that i'm not talented. the instructors had absolutely no criticism for my walk, and i've won my fair share of modeling contests. she also prefers you take some rather ugly photos with a photographer who charges a lot of money for plain bland pics you could take at home. The truth is, she is only after money. she spends a majority of the classes boring us with her personal life and very unrelated details and wannabe "funny" stories". she also has favorites. like the people who comment here have probably been with her from the start. if you want to learn a smidgin' of modeling, enroll in missy's for a month or two. but anything after that is unnecessary.I stayed for five and didn't learn anything after the first month. i don't have to worry anymore seeing how i'm moving to new york in a couple of weeks to work with real agencies (and i've already signed no thanks to missy's). WATCH OUT! I'M NOT SAYING IT IS, BUT MISSY'S MAY BE ONE OF THOSE SCAM AGENCIES! JUST WAIT TILL YOU ARE OLDER AND MOVE TO AT LEAST DALLAS...GOOD LUCK!

   well, i think it's a good learning experience. to get a taste of the modeling world. and there's not really anywhere else you could go in south texas for modeling. so why not?

   would like more information, meeting times, cost, etc. Went by studio Tues, closed. Called & left message and call back number, no one has called back. Called Weds. No answer. ???
   Ad on front door says 9a.m to 6:00 p.m. (?)

   if you're a guy, she doesn't really do much in the summer. well, at least that's what i heard. i think classes really start in the fall.

   I agree if your thinking about being a model that's the best place to go Missy's Modeling studio not only is it fun Missy is a great teacher and friend . She is the most down to earth person I know and I can say that cause I've known her for almost 5 years I was also a model there . Thanks missy for giving child advocacy 1,000 dollars. My child has a disability so thank you. Love you and miss you .oh and she wouldn't pick someone for money she makes sure your good she just wouldn't put you out there maybe you just weren't good . I should know I was a top model there and a cheerleader for the killerbees. Thanks missy it wouldn't have been possible with out you.
