User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsreally rude customer service..i went to get my expedition washed as part of the agreement...and they took 2 hours...at the end after waiting for what seemed forever...i got back my truck with a rag inside and the station at 94.5 rock station blasting high full volume which i dont listen too...dont buy car here

Have not dealt a lot with in-store service but over the phone its no picnic either. Keep getting placed on hold without notice and always get the feeling they just want to get you off the phone very quickly
