Willie's Appliance Sales & Service

Used to be their customer - Not any more. I took the time to write this review since it is really a shame that this man "Willie" is ripping off people left and right. As an old customer, who has bought several items: washer, dryers, refrigerators, etc., for two homes can tell you that I was their customer because of the prices, but never because of the service, since 2002. Last year I bought a very expensive set of GE washer and dryer over $1000 dlls, negotiated the price directly with Willie and arranged to save a couple of hundreds compared to best buy or sears but the inexpensive becomes expensive as the old saying in Spanish, lo barato sale caro. Willie offered me a free 5 year additional warranty which was placed on my invoice for $0, after owning the set for a little over a year, the washer broke down and needed repair. Talked to them and presented my original invoice for the service warranty to take place, after getting charged $54 dlls for the technician to service the machine, 3 weeks later and no service yet, the thieves rejected the service because according to them since I did not pay for the extended warranty, which it was offered as a promotion for free, they could not provide the service. They offered to service the washer for an additional $150 dlls, which of course was out of the picture. Their manager is a joke, uneducated, Willie's puppet who will not help you at all, and the Owner Willie will hide in his rat hole office to avoid any confrontation. He will sell you what you need and offer you discounts and sale prices but will never help you solve a problem. Please do not buy from this people, they will not honor their warranties, even if the deal is too attractive, consider another option.

This is NOT! The Way To go. i buy a washer and dryer the charge me $45 for home delivery. half way to my house the guy calls me and says he does not know where to go .after arriving this guy gets out of a 1980's ford
F-150 with a Pickup bed as a trailer. the washer was dented on the control panel the dryer was fine but was the first on to break down . after looking at the back of the dryer it had looked like it had been taken apart before. that had me thinking my NEW Dryer was probably a USED Dryer your lucky if you get 4 Years out of your purchases

Willie's appliance is a pretty decent place. Got a washer and dryer there about 4 years ago and they still work! Great Price too.
